Back to Tennessee

In 2001 I left Nashville. I valued my time there among trees and some of the nicest, talented musicians I have met. In the summer of 2014 I have returned to Tennessee. This time I have the company of my beautiful wife Claire, our two young boys, and our aging beagles. This fall brought back many memories. For me, the colors and the feel of the air in these foggy hills make the autumnal prelude to the holidays somehow more tangible. Now spring is here and it does something powerful and meaningful as well. We are not in Nashville, but Sewanee (East on I-24 on Monteagle Mountain). We came here so that Claire could follow vocation into seminary for the Episcopal Church at The University of the South School of Theology. This is an ancient place. If you have not seen it, put Google to work and check it out... Songs are thick up here and I am trying to sort out the ones I need. Who knows maybe I will stumble on to one for you as well.
